The 3.6 Pentastar V6 in the Pacifica, 300 and Town & Country uses a plastic oil filter housing with the oil cooler built in. Leaks of oil, coolant or both are common, and it sits under the intake.
The 300's battery is in the trunk
The 300 keeps its battery in the trunk, under the floor, with jump terminals under the hood. Replacement is still $125 labor.

Will using you void my Chrysler warranty?
No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer or dealer can't deny your warranty coverage just because maintenance or repairs were done by an independent mechanic. Keep your receipts. Repairs the warranty itself pays for still go to the dealer.
