What to have ready
- Year, make and model
- What the car is doing: the noise, the light or the message on the dash
- Where it's parked: driveway, apartment lot, office garage or curb
- A gate code, a parking level or a space number, if there is one

We confirm the booking with you, and get in touch if we need anything else, like a gate code or the parking level.
Can I book for a car that isn't at my address?
Yes. Give us the address where the car is parked, plus any access details.
How do I get the $150 inspection price?
Book the pre-purchase inspection online. It's $175 otherwise.
