Mitsubishi's 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty applies only to the original owner. Later owners get what's left of the 5-year/60,000-mile new vehicle warranty. If you bought used, check your coverage before paying for a big repair.

Only if you're the original owner. Mitsubishi can confirm coverage by VIN.
Will using you void my Mitsubishi warranty?
No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer or dealer can't deny your warranty coverage just because maintenance or repairs were done by an independent mechanic. Keep your receipts. Repairs the warranty itself pays for still go to the dealer.
